    Santana is getting pathetic.
"For someone who was never meant for this world, I must confess I'm suddenly having a hard time leaving it. Of course, they say every atom in our bodies was once part of a star. Maybe I'm not leaving... maybe I'm going home."

Well, he's got a 5-10 record overall, a 1-8 record on the road, a 4-2 record at home. All the stats lead to show that he's a much better pitcher in SoCal than anywhere else.

Santana got lit up again only lasting 3 innings today.

And the A's got lit up for 4 runs in the 7th inning and now are losing 6-3.

And then the brawl didn't help either. The A's have one more chance to win this thing. Please, please win!

Oh, sorry BB, HCG and I kind were off topic as we usually tend to get. I was talking about the A's vs Mariners game. But I know the final of that game now to. 7-3 M's.

Hee hee, oops. My bad. Sorry everyone.

Like I said in the other Yanks/Halos thread, hey LA-the M's are only 2.5 game behind you. Beware. That team kills.

    Re: Yankees vs Angels

I am really kinda shocked that the M's are sneeking up on the Halos like they are. They basically have a one man rotation in King Felix and then Washburn and a bunch of other guys. There bullpen is good with J.J. Putz as lights outs, but so is the Halos. The M's lineup is pretty good, but IMO doesn't match-up with the Halos.

    Re: Yankees vs Angels

JJ Putz is an AS closer, and they've got some other guys, and their lineup has quite a few hitters, but they're only human. So are the Angels. They've both got to lose sometime, and what a better time to lose than when the A's are winning?

    Re: Yankees vs Angels

I just can't see how the M's starting pitching is gonna hold up. Other than Felix Hernandez being able to go out ther consistently and throw a great game they have no one else that can get the job done on a consistent basis in that rotation. Washburn,Batista, Weaver, & Ramirez can not get it done on a regular basis.
