Mets Mets Coaches Already on Chopping Block?

Slumping Mets eye major shakeup: Coaches on firing line; Pelfrey, Perez or Maine may get demoted

According to the Daily News, in addition to the possible shakeup in the rotation, a coach or coaches could be fired. Additionally, they say it won't be Dan Warthen, the pitching coach, he's taking much of the heat in the media.

I dunno, the team looks shitty, but it's only 15 games into the season. Firing seems a little extreme to me...

I feel like the Mets always panic before it's necessary and fire someone. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't

I wouldn't say always...but at this point, I'm not sure if it's panic, frustration, or deserved.

There are 147 games left. It's definitely panic, and not deserved

I don't think they "always" panic and don;t see anything wrong with them chopping ass to try to get this team to play to its potential. Sure its not the coaches fault but most of them haven't been there long anyway.
