I don't understand how you can say Heilman hasn't regressed. He DID regress, he had such an ugly season. Just because he didn't lose any velocity doesn't mean he didn't regress. Yes he doesn't have arm injuries. But I feel like you're picking and choosing. You fail to see that Heilman had a disgustingly horrible season, and if he wants to keep his value, he has to perform again. Just because he has all the tools that made him successful in the past doesn't mean he will continue to be successful now. He has to consistently prove it like every other pitcher in the league
