I have an excel file that I use to base it off of statistical performance and ratings, but I don't strictly adhere to it because of OOTP anomalies. I use it more as a guide. Greenly has been awesome for you the past two years but has otherwise not been all that good his entire career and is fairly underwhelming in his ratings.

Type C gets a 3.0-4.5 prospect of the same position. (I never make someone utterly useless like a 4.0p with 4 contact, FWIW)
