I actually don't have any specific rules when it comes to the draft. I've typically just played it by ear.

I think, based off facebook posts, Haf just had some minor surgery for something.

Anyway, I've never had a set time limit because until this year it hasn't really been an overt issue until round 2 to get people to pick in a timely manner. (Save some of the usual suspects)
