The Brewers activated Gabe Gross today and sent Chris Spurling down for assignment. There is a smart move, lets bring up another hitter who is not hitting worth a crap and send down a pitcher.. Horrible!!!

Here is a smart move by the Brewers. The optioned Carlos Villenueva down to AAA-Nashville and called up Seth McClung. This ought to be interseting.


Carlos pitched 3 shutout innings last night in Arizona to earn a save. And as a reward he was optioned to AAA-Nahville. He finally had a good outing too!

Oh well, Carlos get the kinks worked out and get back up here.

I have mixed feelings about this move. If they were going to do this, you would think it would have happened earlier or after a bad outing or something.

McClung fits right in with the rest of the bullpen. He has given up 2 R's in the B9. Way to make a good first impression.
