Two years ago, the Dodgers traded for Michael Young's corpse from the Phillies and he was fertilizer. So of course this year it means Zombie Chase Utley is going to rake for the fucking Giants into October. FML.

Congrats to Mariner's Hisashi Iwakuma on his no-hitter.

MLB.com's statcast has a "Chapman filter" on the list of fastest pitches thrown this season so you can see a list that isn't nothing but Aroldis Chapman

Good. Maybe now that subject can quit dominating the commentary every time somebody is within one of the hits of it.

Diamondbacks lead w/ 11.1 Baserunning Runs, 2.8 more than next. Dodgers are last w/ -16.6, -1.3 less than next worst. http://t.co/PsASJwzksV

The dumbest baserunning team in the league, bar none. The potential NLDS vs the Mets is going to be deja vu of 2006. And we still can't hit either Harvey, DeGrom, Syndergaard, or even Matz. Yay.

I mean, not that any of it matters if and when the fucking Giants overtake the West.

Mofo, why don't you save some of your huffing and puffing for when your Dodgers are actually OUT of first place.

I got a manager that five games out of six won't let a starter stay in a game past the 6th inning, players that don't seem to know what RISP means and if I didn't know better I would say many of our review plays in New York are being analyzed by someone working for the Yankees.

I have a team that pitches Rodney and Rasmussen in clutch moments......
2003 Hybrid World Champion (115-47 reg season, 11-4 playoffs)

TBL: Anaheim Angels 2006-present (238-244 regular season, 1 division title)
MSL: St Louis Cardinals 2013-present (2734-2936 regular season, 5 division titles, 2 championships)
    TSSL: Seattle Mariners 2006-2029, Pittsburgh Pirates 2030-present (209-277, 5 division titles w/SEA, 1 championship w/SEA)

If the Dodgers finshed the season 162-0 and swept every series to a World Series victory Mofo would complain because they didn't throw enough perfect games and no hitters.

I got all of those problems, with the difference being Latos isn't even good enough anymore to get past the 4th inning. They may call the Clippers "Lob City", but the Dodgers are the true LOB city team when it comes to RISP. We seem to lose every time we challenge the call on the field, yet when the opposition does it, it's successfully overturned. And we still run into the age-old problem of rookie pitchers performing like Cy Young candidates against us.
