The Rays have the least amount of loose lips in their orginazation, you never know where they are at in any deal usuaully until it's announced officially. Sternberg was quoted that "money was no object" this year but it remains to be seen if any "major impact" deal comes out way.

Only smidge of rumor involving the Rays in this deal I heard was Upton and possibly a three team swap of some kind.

zach mcallister is who im hearing, as the 3rd. in addition, they were telling me when i came in at work... that vazquez for werth happened too. i suppose they heard it on the radio or something, but multiple guys told me that one. i still have seen nothing about that though.
