Dallas Braden threw a perfect game against the Rays on Sunday.
And this makes Alex Rodriguez's comment about Braden getting his "15 minutes of fame" over their mound confrontation downright hilarious. Braden struck out six in the outing, with the final out coming on a grounder to shortstop off the bat of Gabe Kapler. Any perfect game is impressive, but doing it against a team that entered the day 22-8 makes it exponentially more memorable. The perfect game is the major's first since Mark Buehrle did it last July.
