MLB MLB Says No To "A-Fraud"

Darren "Roslyn" Rovell of CNBC reports that MLB.com has banned the term "A-Fraud" from the personalized replica jerseys it sells, citing a restriction against "anything that is deemed inappropriate, derogatory or profane." Still available for ordering as of Friday: "Boli," "Sucart" and presumably "Primobolanbino," the nickname I cleverly invented that so far has been widely ignored by pretty much everyone.
What a ****ing joke this is!! MLB's economy is hurting just like everyone else's so if some jerk off wants to shell out $250 for a personalized jersey, let him! There are plenty worse things ARod could be called than "A-fraud". I don't remember MLB putting a ban on BALCO for Bonds but maybe they did.

i actually agree with MLB on this one. MLB itself shouldnt be selling stuff that are derogatory. And I do believe that they did it for BALCO.

You can still personalize an Arod jersey, you just have to do it from a store, not the MLB site. Either that or get an unnamed jersey and stitch the letters on yourself.

Integrity of the sport? Where the hell have you been for the entire steroid era? Integrity is lost and baseball needs all the money they can get. I could understand if it were something profane but its not. MLB gets money off "Buck Foston" T-shirts but no Afraud shirts? Ridiculous and unnecessary censorship.
