Baseball Slant Who Will Lead NL In HR's?

Who do you think will lead the NL in homeruns? Here are the top leaders in homers from last season:

    Ryan Howard- 48
    Adam Dunn- 40
    Carlos Delgado- 38
Albert Pujols, Ryan Ludwick, Ryan Braun - 37
    Adrian Gonzalez- 36
    Prince Fielder-34

Howard lead he league last year, Fielder before him but I am going with Hanley Ramirez. I think him moving to the third spot in the lineup is going to do him a lot of good. I am also predicting 44 HRs for Han the Man.

Who do you think will lead the NL in HR's?

If Albert Pujols can stay healthy for the full year he's my pick...if not the nod for me goes to Manny

Yep, if Pujols is healthy for 150+ games, he is my pick. If not Pujols, Howard is my second pick.

Ryan Howard does it again, with 47 this time.

I'm going with either Howard or Dunn. I'm picking Dunn.

I'd say it's between Howard and Fielder...

Can't really see anyone else stepping up to that level...

I'll go with Howard if I have to pick one.

Very nice! That is very possible so far. But in all reality I am going to go with Pujols. I say he will hit around 49 to 50.

I'll say that Fielder edges out Howard 51-50. Both play in hitter's parks and both have protection in their lineups. Both will see a lot of decent pitches.
