...Brad Lidge has the second longest consecutive saves streak in MLB history?

I did a lot of good things as a sim league GM.
Ah, give me something clever to say here.
He does?!?!?!
Someone call Albert Pujols!
2003 Hybrid World Champion (115-47 reg season, 11-4 playoffs)
TBL: Anaheim Angels 2006-present (238-244 regular season, 1 division title)
MSL: St Louis Cardinals 2013-present (2734-2936 regular season, 5 division titles, 2 championships)
TSSL: Seattle Mariners 2006-2029, Pittsburgh Pirates 2030-present (209-277, 5 division titles w/SEA, 1 championship w/SEA)
Does the fact that he's gone so long without blowing a save make him more likely to blow one in the playoffs? Like the fact that there's a lot of pressure on, or the fact that he's due?
Nothing will beat Gagne's amazing run!! That was pure dominance!!
Edit to above:
Gagne's run was < steroid induced >
And it seems to me that Lidge mighta been a user back with the Stros when he was throwing 92 mile an hour sliders, then when he got off of em, he had his downturn, and now since he's actually a good pitcher, he taught himself how to pitch steroid-free now.
Same can be said of Oliver Perez in my opinion.
But since guys like Gagne weren't really great pitchers in the first place, now that their clean all they can do is get hurt and suck.
Steroids or not, he never buckled under the pressure and was always on his game. Steroids don't help that.
Honestly, remember when Gagne blew the all star game with that homer to Hank Blalock? Technically that was in the midst of his streak, but it may have been his "get it out of the way" blown save. Personally, I think Lidge's all star game loss could be very much the same. It may have had simliar effects on his pitching streak psyche.
