He didnt get any better over the all star break.

Wow this stinks for Seattle. They gave one of their better prospects plus others for Bedard and he cant stay healthy for a season. Hopefully he can come back but the biggest loss for the M's maybe the fact that he cant be traded. Bedard would have been a very very attractive pitcher for a lot of teams plus he's still under control of that team until after next season, I Believe.

I know I wouldnt have minded him putting on the wishbone C.
