Not considering its a popularity contest. If we were strictly going about performance, then why is Griffey in there.

the NL infield is about right, the entire OF just seems so... wrong

and the AL, nothing surprises me there, might as well called it Boston vs the NL.

Haha Griffey is at the top. Those might be some of the ugliest All Star numbers ever. Good to see Ramirez repping the Marlins though.

Most people just vote based on names and not on whether they really deserve it or not, unfortunately. But for the most part I agree with it...seems pretty right on to me.

Question... why is Josh Hamilton not in the top 3 outfielders? He's got 58 RBI's and its not even June!

How pathetic. Where's NY? Oh yeah, they are in the basement and have gotten it handed to them by the Rays of all teams.

    Re: All-Star Balloting Updates

The Rays, of all teams, are one of the best teams in the majors right now.

That aside, I do agree with your sentiment, but it doesn't negate the reason why Josh Hamilton's not getting many votes.

    OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!

THE ENTIRE NL INFIELD IS RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was ready for Pujols, Wright, and Reyes
I did a lot of good things as a sim league GM.

Ah, give me something clever to say here.

Well, don't jump ship yet Brownie. Reyes and Wright are heating up, and they're both within 100,000 votes of the lead. Which means by the time the all star game rolls around, I will have given them the lead PERSONALLY. haha

I agree that it is a popularity contest and the Redsox fans really get out there and vote for there favorites, but it is a shame that a player like Josh Hamilton isn't a starter for the A.L. club.

    Re: All-Star Balloting Updates

With the way the AL lineup is going, the NL might finally beat them. AL lineup is a joke. NL should have Ludwick in the OF and Hamilton for the AL.
