    Glad Damon was called out. The ump made the right call. Carpenter's leg beated Damon's leg as they ran at the same time.

    I honestly don't know how anyone could say that with conviction. BCS for Carpenter, he hit a split second before Damon, but it looked like a tie to the announcers and myself. I'm not complaining, I think it would be 5-0 Sox if he was safe, and the call was really curious as it came after Carp tagged Damon on a force play...weird.
