If one is going to swear by the MPA, as the gold standard, Jamie has to pay back a huge amount of the money that she and Frank took out of the Dodgers, given technically, the money was not her to use for private jets, hairdressers, etc, they were technically, loans from Frank's business, (Much like Frank has to pay an obscene amount of Capital Gain taxes if he sells the Dodgers) Ditto that many of the houses that Jamie bought in Southern California, or remodeled, was from money from the Dodgers, and she probably has to pay it back, if the MPA is looked upon as written in stone.

I will laugh my ass off if Judge Gordon was to make that ruling, just for the horrified look on both Frank and Jamie's faces.

No, since it's behind closed doors, but believe me I would love to mock Jamie's attorney, Dennis Wasser, to his face for his ignorant remark, "The Dodgers are a cash cow. There's plenty of money to go around for both parties to live very comfortably" by yelling out "Larry King is a cash cow!", in reference to another one of his divorcing clients.

Boies is Jamie's trial lawyer..not unlike his counterpart Susman, chief skill is his ability to win just about any argument, regardless of field.

Not surprisingly, they are tied 1-1 in cases against each other. This is what happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object.

Ugh, so which version of the MPA does Judge Gordon accept, the Massachusetts one that says "inclusive" or the California one that says "exclusive"? Or does it not matter at all, argues Susman?

Susman also said that the agreement was clearly intended to protect creditors from seizing the couple's homes should any business assets falter. It would be absurd, he said, to consider an agreement that excludes rather than includes the business assets as Frank's sole property.
