    Giants won 5-4

I don't know if Hennessey should be starting for the Giants but he has been pretty damn good whenever he is on the mound. Hendrickson sucks. The Mike Shanahan approach in taking marginal players from bad teams is not working for Colletti.

Nomah with the tiebreaking 2-run homer in the 8th to win it!

    Bonds also hit his 720th.

    Dodgers 9-7

Watched that game today of FUX sports....Dogs with all the rooks reminds me of the Rox last season.....but at least the Dogs are competing. I am impressed with Nomah and his transition to first, and almost leading the league in BA. He could be the first since 1963 if he maintains. And.....what team can say that they have 3, sometimes 4 SS in their infield on a regular basis?......

The Dogs had unknown quantities like Oscar Robles, D.J. Houlton, and Mike Edwards on the field last season, too. Furcal needs to move his overpaid ass over to 2nd base. Izturis is being wasted at 3rd base. Nomah has surprised many people, especially when those same people said he was going to be an average player outside of Fenway.

Giants 11-7; Lowe stunk up the joint and gave up a solo shot to Giants starter Lowry.

And......they're still unknown......and my point taken......

And hey, where was the Bonds* today? I mean FUX only showed him like once and Thom and Steve only spoke of him like....once.....it was great.....

Ah, I didn't catch the game because of the sim league draft. I kinda find that hard to believe that with Bonds.

    LA 3-1

The Dodgers actually beat Jason Schmidt.

Penny relieved Sele for a third of an inning in the 7th but allowed runners on 1st and 2nd. Beimel gave up another hit to load the bases but Baez replaced Beimel and get this, got the final out of the inning.
