Furcal signs with Dodgers

They still need a third baseman, right? Furcal at Short, Isturis when he comes back from his arm surgery at 2B, Kent at 1B... Jose Valentin again at 3B? Yuck.

Couldn't they just try Izturis/Furcal at 3rd/SS (whatever order), Kent at 2B, and Choi (who, yes, can hit) at first?

Izturis is out until July. Even then, they'd have a hole at third base. Furcal and Izturis aren't big enough to play 3rd.

Choi cannot hit so I don't know where that came from. Joe Randa is still out there and would be a good fit for the Dodgers. It will probably be Furcal and Kent up the middle and Choi and whoever sharing time at first til Izturis comes back.
