    Yankees [Rumor] Shawn Chacon to the Yankees

    The Rockies and Yankees are close to a deal that would sent Shawn Chacon to New York for a prospect.
    If it's not a top prospect, it'd be a good gamble for the Yankees. Chacon has been effective as a starter for the most part. The Rockies should wait longer to part with him and hope that his trade value goes up now that he's back healthy.

    Im not really a fan of Chacon. his stuff isnt all that good and while some of that is a coors effect, he isnt doing all that great on the road.

    but still, if its only a midlevel propsect i guess it wouldnt be bad. just cant really expect much out of him.
