    Teams make junk signings all the time, the difference between good and bad teams however is whether or not they expect a return from the Scott Proctor's of the world, or are simply rolling the dice. The Braves definitely need to make a few smart moves in the offseason to strengthen their bullpen.

    They have been killing their relievers the last couple of years, it's a similar situation, just not as extreme as Torre. The problem is that their corp of relievers have all had major injury/surgery in the last couple of years- Soriano, Gonzalez, Moylan, etc. Proctor should feel at home
