Rumor: Yankees interested in Jose Molina

The New York Yankees, apparently looking to upgrade backup catcher, have spoken with the Los Angeles Angels about the availability of Jose Molina.

According to a source, the Angels are reluctant to deal Molina right now, since they are not sold on Mike Napoli as a starter. Napoli is batting .218 with two homers and five RBI in 78 at-bats, getting the bulk of the playing time for the Angels.

We'll take him. Wil Nieves's batting average is .037. I don't feel compelled to say anything else here.
I did a lot of good things as a sim league GM.

Ah, give me something clever to say here.

I'd like to know how the guy is still up on the MLB club. There is no one in our minors who can hit better than that...?
