From Rotoworld:
The Blue Jays and Tomo Ohka have reportedly come to terms on a one-year deal.
Ohka declined two-year proposals from the Pirates and Nationals in the hopes that there'd be a bigger market for his services next year. We're not thrilled with his chances of posting a sub-5.00 ERA in the AL, but he still should be a better choice for the Toronto rotation than Shaun Marcum, Casey Janssen or Josh Towers. His addition means that John Thomson will now have more of a battle on his hands as he attempts to secure the fifth spot.
