cropping needs some work, the logo and the pic of Vick on the left are both "iffy". Especially the vick pic, his whole shoulder is cut-off, you should've put that on the otherside and the othe Vick pic on the left.
Just my thoughts.

It wasn't a good pic. ANd just FYI, I only cropped the one on the right, the ones with white backgrounds needn't be cropped. That's the way the logo look normally.

well, you could still crop it to clean up the edges...
