it's a learning curve, but it's not to crazy once you get going and it's year round, which is even better.

This particular league has actually been running since 2005, or maybe 2006. I've been running it since 2012 (real years there), took over after the original commish decided 40 sim years was enough (it started in 2005 in the game, I took over at 2044)
It typically takes about 2 or 3 real months to get through a season.
