Re: 2010 NFL Random Randoms Thread

Do you honestly think that Rodgers would handle 2 HC, 6 OCs and 896364983246 OLmen in his first 5-6 years?

Or would he be better off having to watch Brett Farve play for 3 years then take over. Steve Young and Joe Montana were never close but Young learned a lot under Montana. So that not close BS argument doesn't hold water.

Rodgers handled the adversity he faced, Smith crumbled. Switch places, we're laughing at Green Bay and San Francisco is dominating a weak division.

Not to say San Francisco wins a Super Bowl, cause they're no where near the defense Green Bay has.

Your point with Smith having a zillion OLmen can be negated by Rodgers having been sacked 34 and 50 times respectively in 2008 and 2009. Also, it works both ways, if Smith doesn't suck, then there wouldn't have been so many coaching changes. Yes, Rodgers benefitted from sitting out all those years, but he credits his success to working with the practice squad every week, not by watching Favre play.

Rodgers is pulling wool over your eyes if you believe that hes not learned anything from Farve. Green Bay throws a ton more than the Niners ever did. You really think Nolan was a good coach? Norv Turner and Mike McCarthy left for better jobs, head coaching jobs. Martz's offense gets the QB killed, can't deny that one. Greg Knapp was god awful, just ask Seattle. Rodgers would be better than Smith, but they still needed more than a QB at that time. And considering teams like your OAKLAND RAIDERS didn't take him either, had they took him instead of the great Fabian Washington, they wouldn't have to waste a pick on a bigger bust in Russell.

    /bump.

Come on, there has to be at least one black guy/rap fan here who recognizes this song with the violin riff. The name just eludes me.

Nevermind, found it. It's 50 Cent ft. Mobb Deep - Outta Control.

And you all call yourselves football and music fanatics.

Rap stands for Retards Attempting Poetry (I apologize if I offended anyone)

Rap is not music. It's thug horse crap and promotes way to many things that no one should care about. It Puts people's priorities in the wrong places.

So no, I would have no idea what .50 song that would have been behind someone my wife would torcher if she ever got the chance.

If I was a fan, I wouldn't need to ask if anyone else saw the Vick interview and recognized the track playing the background, now would I? I wanted to know only because I overheard it before from a friend's playlist but never bothered to get the name.
