Rank the rookies who were called up this year..
Mainly I wanna see how good people think Hernandez, Duke, Francoeur, etc. will become down the road. I think those three are gonna be studs, IMO.

The only way I see Duke live up to his potential is if he's out of Pittsburgh. I really don't see him get enough credit since his team isn't all that great.
My choices:
Francoeur and Dan Johnson(homer pick)
IF healthy (of course, you have to assume that in these threads), Hernandez is a potential 300 win 5000 K type player, and those numbers could easily be exceeded. Duke is a staff ace for several seasons for some team, and Haren will be one of the best #3s in baseball for Oakland for a while. I don't think Francoeur will live up to the numbers he's putting up. Tadahito Iguchi (rookie by a technicality! ) should be a solid #2 hitter for a few years for the White Sox.
You'll be lucky if Felix pitches 10 years. These new-age pitchers tend to not pitch too long (or too often).

Or getting rid of them.
Freddy anybody?
Marshall: MILSWANCAs?
Ted: Wait, I can get this. Mothers I'd like to sleep with and never call again.
Barney: Circle gets the square!

Nick Swisher looks real good now that he's in the thick of things.
Zach Duke is going to make a nice piece for Oliver to follow.

Heh, Anderson was the best thing that could've happened to Felix. The M's took an ultra-cautious approach with Felix, shutting him down at times during the season, and rarely letting him pitch more than 6 innings. He is on a strict pitch count and will probably be shut down and sent to the pen in a few weeks. And the M's won't even let him bust out the slider in a game until '07, at the earliest.Originally Posted by Saber

I'll believe it when I see it, Bavasi is not going to let him put that many innings on his arm, knowing that he'll still play in that Carribean league or whatever it is this winter.Originally Posted by Porter99
