LaRue has been awesome patient. This is the best start I have ever seen him have and perhaps the best approach as well.

    I'm afraid you're right here.

I'm not sure I'm ready to start Pena over Kearns, but he should definitely start more often than he has been.

Pena often seems to come through when runs are needed, I really love how he seems to be able to deliver in those situations.

I'd love to see Harang rack up 10 K's.

But mission, remember... clutch hitting isn't predictable from player to player.

I'm sorry, but that's one of the sabermetrics arguments that I'm just not totally buying.

I still think Kearns is the better player, BTW.

I love Junior's style in center. Basket catch for the third out.

Numerically it may not be predictable, but some players got it and other's dont.

Kearns is the more polished player, but I really think Pena has an equal ceiling (just different talents.) Kearns really needs to step it up though, Wily Mo is making the most of his AB's, his SLG is unreal right now.

Jimenez is NOT hitting right now.

    Freel needs to leadoff tomorrow.

    DJ K's.

He really can't hit in the leadoff spot I think, it must be mental because he is talented.
