Man Graves scares me way too much. Did I ever say that I'd like to see Wagner given a chance to close this year and use Graves/Mercker/whoever else as setup middle relief guys?

A win is a win is a win, great outing by Milton, hopefully that continues.

Why did Claussen throw in the bullpen today? Was it just to get him into his rotation habits when hes ready?

Love to hear Wagner having continued success. Looking at our closer for next season.

Well, I love going down and seeing a win, this one was no exception.

first off, Graves can't make things easy.

2nd, wow no HR's at all, especially with Milton pitching, this is good, if his last outing is the worst he will do all year, then maybe we might get our moneys worth out of him

Pena needs to play everday, again outplaying Kearns when both in lineup.

Lopez needs to play everyday, Aurillia even when he gets a hit isn't impressing

Casey looks to be snaping out of his early funk, and i see JR getting his first HR of the season real soon.

Wagner is the best pitcher in our Bullpen

Good win, 8 hits is not too bad either. We only had one inning in which they put everything together and scored some runs, so I am thankful for that inning. Good pitching by Milton makes me happy to say he is a Red right now. I hope this is a sign of things to come. He can really help beef up this rotation. Graves makes things nuts in baseball land, and he did it again yesterday.

    MVP: Milton

It was a gem by Milton. Low amount of hits and walks, nice strikeout total and went more innings the Reds norm of 6 (if we're lucky.) Milton has always had the stuff to be a very good pitcher, it's just a matter of putting it all together consistently.
