I kind of called it too, but I screwed it up when he couldn't get the bunt down. EdE is simply clutchb and it was funny to hear Thom and Jeff argue whether or not he was clutch or not. Brantley and I both ate crow there.

EdE hit a walk off 3 run HR over the LF wall! SICK!

Hey Redsrbetter I don't think anyone thought he would do that. I sure didn't. I guess we should be glad he can't bunt LOL

I'd say it is safe to say that Dusty won't give him the bunt sign the next time he is in that situation.

I really didn't think we would win this game with how it started, but it ended real nice. There are so many things that pissed me off tonight, but I have to praise the exciting finish. WOW! Great job by BP, Dunner, and E squared! I am shocked!

Hopefully this can pump up a team that has been rather flat so far this young season. Yes, they have faced some great pitchers, and tonight they showed they can hit. I like the way this season is shaping up. Some indications of small ball so far with Dunn two nights in a row. He is really doing the small things right now.

Our defense definitely has to pick it up and I was upset to see Coffey and Affeldt struggle tonight and surprised to see Mercker do so well. Time for me to celebrate, but I know there are still some things to work on. And that starts with defense.

Very encouraging game from my perspective.

Under our last several managers, I don't see the team winning that game. They looked ugly in certain regards throughout the game. In previous years, they would have likely either folded in the 9th and went quietly or rallied and then collapsed.

Yeah, they have had some dramatic 9th inning finishes in games in past years, but not many of this style where they played the way they did for much of the game and then ended up winning. It's hard to describe exactly what I mean, but there was something different about that comeback. Had a feeling of a team finding a way for a manager they respect or something.

Hopefully Cueto has the good stuff going tomorrow.

By the way, Edwin's blast was his symoblic equivalent of giving two middle fingers to Brantley.

Homer: We're proud of you, boy.

Bart: Thanks, Dad. But part of this D-minus belongs to God.
