Gonzalez returns, Elizardo up, Castro back to DL

    Per Trent and elsewhere.

I like seeing Elizardo up. I was one of the few who seemed to think he could be a solid back(and POSSIBLY even middle) of the rotation pitcher after seeing his first start in person in Philly from right behind home.

Sounds like he will take Lohse's rotation spot.

Good to see Castro out and Gonzalez back as well.
The Simpson family gathers around, as Homer places Bart's passed test on the fridge.)

Homer: We're proud of you, boy.

Bart: Thanks, Dad. But part of this D-minus belongs to God.

I am glad to see The Lizard is getting the call versus Dumatrait who just doesn't seem to be improving and is too old for that. I am hoping with Dumatrait they will call him up the pen for situational lefty stuff, hope he thrives and then flip him in the offseason before the league adjusts. I've always been high on him, but his stuff just hasn't came back since that surgery (either that or he is severely under performing in AAA.)
