Hopper is a very borderline defensive outfielder IMO, I don't really get where they think he is a defensive replacement.

He would have more range, but his arm and routes are pretty bad. I don't get taking Dunn out for more range in LF.

Get your reflexes and your timing in check and the other stuff comes a lot easier.
the golf balls have really helped him, he hardly hits the tee anymore when swinging.
He can pull the ball and hit it to the opposite side. Can't figure out how to hit it up the middle yet...hell he's only 3
He wants batting gloves, but they don't make them in his size. So I gave him some old golf gloves and cut out the fingures, but he can't tighten and untighten the velcro like Casey does....he really wants to do that.
Check out the new pic... This kid is the 1st pick in the 2022 baseball amateur draft.
His 1st bobblehead night will be in Dayton 2023!!

EdE swinging at garbage Ks. Our RH bats are going to have to fix this soon. Now I am starting to see a little more importance in Griffey and Dunn. At least they do not swing at garbage all the time.

Our future studs are supposed to be EdE and BP. But they are up there swinging at anything. Not good at all.

    per C Trent's blog:

Good news on the Ryan Freel front -- he may take live BP vs. Bill Bray tomorrow in Dayton.
