Jason Standridge was claimed off waivers by the New York Mets.

I was likely the only one who liked this guy. I saw some potential in him and I loved his stuff. But I am not too upset about losing him because we probably didn't have room for him anymore. Good luck in the future Jason!

I liked Standridge, though more for looking at than for pitching. Whatever became of his plan to be on Fear Factor with his wife? Is Fear Factor even on anymore?

I never heard about that. So its news to me. Every once and a while I catch it on TV still. But it could be reruns. I am not sure.
