    I agree with Geki on this. While the way the defense was today was unacceptable, it really was just mistakes that happen. If you recall last year, EdE had a ton of errors in the first 2 months of the season and then played really well defensively in Louisville. The guy just needs time out there to learn. He will be fine. Just look at FeLo as an example, he was awful and he has improved every year, IMO. The other errors were just bad plays that happens. Especially Valentin. The guy doesnt have a real great accurate arm.

    I thought Claussen was decent today under the circumstances. His biggest problem was letting the leadoff guy to get on base. It seemed like the whole game he was pitching from the stretch. The biggest positive may have been that the pen gave up no runs. It has to be a miracle. I look forward to winding up the series and seeing if Milton can get the series victory.
