    Ortiz has one IBB this season. I wonder what the coach who called for that was thinking and consequently how lame he is starting to feel now.... "We just risk a popfly by Ortiz. Luckily this Red Sox lineup is pretty tame (4th best in RS in the AL), let's take our chances with the rest of those guys."

    He's taking much better swings and had a double high off the wall later in the game, he'll hit 20-25 homers with a .260-.280 average, not great but not bad either.

    I saw him take terrible swings last night. I don't see one night making the difference. He will struggle to hit 20 HRs, even in that park.
