Former Red Sox Paxton Crawford admits to steroid use

Just watching SC now. He has a story in ESPN's Magazine and the author of the article is interviewing.

-Improved his breaking stuff significantly
-Reduced pain after pitching
-His severe abuse of roids may have caused back problems
-Minor improvement in velocity
-Introduced in ST 1999 by another player.

Crawford never put a number on the people who did it, he was just told that many were. Interesting stuff. I saw Paxton pitch once.
