    Wha happen?

Seriously, around the all-star break they were competing and causing MAJOR issues for the Sox and Yankees, and now they've crumbled like in previous years. I'm completely stunned. I didn't think they'd win the division, but I though they'd be within striking distance entering September. The thing is, the pitching hasn't been something they can't overcome, it's been better than the Red Sox. But the offense has been disappointing to say the least. Not the fault of a Tejada or Roberts, but some real disappointments.

Will the O's ever get it together enough to make a real run?

Yes and next year I believe. They had a lot of injuries and distractions which can explain their downfall. Next year, the young guys will be a year older and wiser. No Sosa and no Palmeiro will help them financially to get someone else.

Wanna know why they fell apart?

Because their pitching sucks and their offense is old.

    Next question.
