Daniel Cabrera on the comeback trail

Daniel Cabrera (shoulder) is expected to begin a minor league rehab assignment this week at Double-A.
Manager Sam Perlozzo said Sunday that he hopes to have Cabrera back from the disabled list on June 6 if "we can maneuver this thing around a little bit." If Cabrera can't return within the first week of June the Orioles will likely use Adam Loewen or John Halama for one more start.

So, question. Is it worth potentially reinjuring Cabrera to avoid Halama in the rotation? Very well could be.

Another good start for Cabrera, only one walk!

Daniel Cabrera (shoulder) struck out seven in four hitless innings in his rehab start for Double-A Bowie on Wednesday.
He walked one. As well as he performed, it seems likely that he'll rejoin Baltimore's rotation early next week.
