Great game so far Braves fans! I am feeling the excitement. Reitsma could be our demise though.

Kyle Davies pitched 5 2/3 innings and allowed three runs to win in Cincinnati tonight.
Davies only had problems with Sean Casey, who had a two-run homer and an RBI double. He gave up just two other hits and struck out seven. With John Thomson not lasting as long as hoped in his rehab start tonight, Davies will probably get one more start for the Braves.

Jeff Francoeur went 2-for-5 with and hit his seventh homer in 64 major league at-bats tonight against the Reds.
If you ask us, every pitch Francouer sees should be bounced to the plate. We'd encourage managers to fine pitchers who throw him anything in the strike zone. Francoeur is swinging at practically everything tossed in his general direction. It's certainly working for him right now, but there are ways to get him out.
