Rules for the Hot Seat

In The BaseballSlant Hot Seat threads, you may ask the one in the Hot Seat (in this case, Zodious) up to 3 questions. The questions can be about baseball, movies, relationships, whatever.

Please keep the questions appropriate and know that the person in the Hot Seat can refuse to answer any question he or she feels uncomfortable with. You may ask questions for the next week, then the guy in The Hot Seat will answer up to three of your questions.

If you would like to have a chance to be the next one up, post that you would like to and Zodious will select from the ones interested for who will go next. Or, if he opts not to choose I'll make the decision.

Timeframe involved: Just so we know how we are going to do this ... the person in the Hot Seat will be there for about one to two weeks. Questions, such as this thread, will be open for one week and then we will close the questioning so that the poster has time (up to one week) to get some answers together.

Questioning will close Saturday, March 3rd. Answers will then be opened until Saturday, March 10th.

I'm going to pretend like I don't have to answer the question a week from now.

1) it's actually a funny story. My wife and planned our wedding for a year and a half, and 4 days before the wedding we found out she was pregnant. My wife got sick starting the wedding night through the entire pregnancy. At the 4 week "make sure you are pregnant" appointment the found 1 heartbeat. At the 9 week ultrasound they found one embryo, at the 14 week appointment on heart beat again. We go for the 20 week ultrasound to find out the sex of our ONE kid. And the doctor goes, "see this line, that usually divides 2.... Yup, there's the second, you're having boy girl twins!"

Our jaws took a week to get off the floor. It has been wonderful yet also the most difficult thing to do in my life. No sleep and driving for a living don't mix well.

2) Zito, lol, it's funny you should ask. We actually just talked about this in the other thread. For a while there we kept butting heads. He claims to have never had ill-will towards me, but I think there was a mutual distaste. But I think we've cone to understand each other and get along pretty well now.

3) travel destinations, mainly where I've been and love to do again.

3) driving from vegas to san San Fran through the mountains
4) ****I want to visit Colorado and hike in the wilderness

9) ****try ice road trucking in Alaska once
10) have a drink in a pub in Ireland.

I personally liked Zod's thread better, having deadlines and dates weeks from now was just kinda dumb. Plus Zod's thread = chaos and CHAOS is fun! Speaking of which, I'm going to that thread now.

I figured I'd bring this back since zodious wasn't around since I last did one and I figured we went stagnant because we pretty much did everyone at least twice.

If it gets no interest I'll just scrap it and talk to mission about killing this subform.

I like the hot seat and I have never been the "victim", but I liked the other thread, too.
