i thought and still think the nicholas thing was terrible, and i hope it just leads to the vacating of the titles and a tournament. because im a mark for tournaments. second option is just angle saying the titles are returned to the bar because braun didnt pick a wwe rostered wrestler... which makes the bar look like shit, but it gives the kid a one off moment, and doesnt put him in the history books or anything. either way, as long as braun and some kid arent lugging around the belts for any length of time.

plus im secretly hoping we get braun vs brock tonight with braun winning the real strap. evidently brock and vince had a major altercation last night backstage after the match, leading people to think brock went off script and retained even though he wasnt supposed to. which i find that part hard to believe, because id think roman would just keep kicking out or something... but yea, its confirmed that brock threw the belt at vince. so something happened.

They did. They had all the other standard chants. Yeah don't watch that match man...i read Twitter for all the braun/Nicholas memes and packed for a business trip because..unf... Yeah, we want Nicholas rained down.

i was actually gonna re-watch it in a bit, to see if it was any better knowing how it ended. i think a lot of the disinterest in the match... aside from the fact that the entire match was f5's, german suplexes, superman punches and spears... was that the winner was never in doubt. until it ended.

its a travesty how they made the revival a "same boring tag team". because you're right, but they were the best tag team in the world before they came up to the main roster.

In their defense, they only get to work with Finns minions...who are equally buried and Titus Worldwide, and very brief shots with the bar. The division is just stale as cat shit

Chikara probably would have had the kid actually get tagged in and then get the one up on the Bar looking like he's actually out wrestling them for the pin.

Anyway, since they immediately gave up the belts I'm no longer mad about this and think it's pretty cool.
