Shawne Merriman has signed a deal with the WWE. He is going to be featured as an announcer to start then train off-camera and eventually become a wrestler once he is good enough to be featured on television

They ought to have him do like Vince did with Ted Turner, Eazy E with Vince, and have Merroid start calling out various NFL people (Goodell, Tags, players, coaches, etc) and just see if anyone even notices.

I think they really left money on the table by not running Cena/Taker last year, but whatever.

As for using Bray, I wouldn't have been against it, but you don't want to end up with another Sheamus situation there.

They should have wrote Taker/Cena for a couple years ago instead of either one of the HHH matches IMO. That would have been the best time for it, when Taker was still stronger.

I still wonder if they aren't doing themselves a favor, because like others have said, you put a TON of pressure on that guy to take that ball and run. I think having Heyman with Brock adds to the value of him breaking the streak. Even if Brock sticks around for a couple months and disappears you still have one of the best promo guys around to remind people who broke the streak and use it to build his forces like the Heenan Family.
