I guess it was more than just Beckham, Bailey, Porcello. Who knew. I probably forgot people too.

Marshall: MILSWANCAs?
Ted: Wait, I can get this. Mothers I'd like to sleep with and never call again.

Where's Elvis Andrus up in this bizznatch?
He left the building.

Andrus had a decent rookie campaign, but nothing compared to the others. His OPS was only .702. Baltimore's Nolan Reimold would probably have gotten some serious consideration if he played a full season (OPS of. 831 in 358 ABs).
I think it comes down to the pitchers. Porcello and Niemann had similar seasons. Anderson led all AL rookies in Ks, but his record isn't dazzling despite his strong 2nd half.
CL Bailey is the only one on the list that dominated (6 - 3, 26 saves, 1.84 ERA, 91 k's in 83.1 innings, and a 0.88 WHIP. He's the only one that made the ASG, too...take that for what it's worth. I mean, he would have made it regardless of the 1 player / team rule. He came out of nowhere as he was starting in AA last year before being moved to the bullpen in the 2nd half of the season. Like Anderson, he never played in AAA.
And he was awesome for fantasy baseball purposes. Extra points for that!

My vote went with Bailey. A rookie thrust into that situation and succeeding like he did was one of the very few bright spots in the A's season. As we have seen from this postseason alone, the closer is a vital role.
I knew adding "Leo" to Matt Palmer would sell it to Leo. He's too easy!
Palmer did have a decent year though, ERA under 4 as a SP and reliever, won over 10 games.
