MLB Most Likely To Stay Unemployed

Last year we saw the likes of Kenny Lofton, Barry Bonds and Mike Piazza remain unemployed even though they could still contribute to a Major League team, especially Kenny Lofton. This year has a few of the same type of players at the end of their careers. Which ones do you see staying unemployed and which ones do you see getting a job? You can choose more than one.

I could have sworn Thomas retired last year.... guess not.
#2 would be Alou - too much of an injury risk.

Thomas was signed by the A's and only played like a third of the games due to injury.

I thought of him but he didn't have the career like most of the others.

Varitek...because no one is going to give up a 1st/2nd round pick for that guy. His only hope is that the Red Sox sign him.

I said Alou and Griffey. Not sure if were suppose to pick multiples but Alou because he cant stay on the field Barely played a full season in the last 3. No ones going to call him.

Griffey I think for a different reason, Griffey was still effective vs RHP last year. Many news stories are there isnt a team that fits with Junior. Some speculation was Tampa would use him as DH/PH but they signed Burrell.

Kenny Rogers and Moises Alou would tie for my vote. I think they are both done.
