    Strike 3's AL MVP.....

Who should it be? Give a reason why?

    Re: Strike 3's AL MVP.....

I see a distinct lack of Matt Stairs in this topic.

Justin Morneau! How can he NOT even be listed? He is the current AL MVP. Also note he is having a great season. Injury hurts now but he is leading the team in most catagories!

Porter you homer! Add Suzuki and not a Twin. Hmmm.

It has to be Mags or A-Rod and as hard as it was for me to go with the Yankees, I chose A-Rod. His average is right up there with the top players, leads the league in RBI and HR's.

Who won it last year? Here's help, he plays 1st base for the Minnesota Twins.

    A-Rod, no doubt about it

    Justin Morneau? 2007 MVP? Hilarious.

And it's not like he deserved it last year based on the stats. The writers just wouldn't give it to a DH or Derek Jeter

who's fault is that? Not mine or Morneau's. Why in the hell give it to a DH? He must be able to play in the field.

sf3 clearly needs a forum for Matt Stairs and any Matt Stairs news, in fact I demand it.

    It's the voters.

I am the voter in this topic.

    Ergo

    lol Morneau as a choice.

And why give it to a DH. Because to be blunt, first base defense hardly matters at all. He's more valuable to the team as a DH than as a 1B.

As for the actual question, I voted for A-Rod. But anyone listed is an acceptable choice to me. I still think Magg Pipes and A-Rod are the two best candidates

    hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

Anyway, it's A-Rod by a reeeally close margin over Maggpipes IMO...and I agree S3F should have a Matt Stairs forum. We need to get on that NOW
I did a lot of good things as a sim league GM.

Ah, give me something clever to say here.

When Morenau leads the league total hits and hits .366 let me know. Thats how a homerish pick either.
