The O's are head of the Yanks and Red Sox. As much as i want to say the White Sox in the central. This is sweet irony that the rivals arent in 1st right now. At one point 1st or 2nd at that.

I gave it to the White Sox. Their pitching has been phenomenal and I never would have suspected this unbelievable start.

    Padres

Why so few choices in the poll?

I have two, the Dodgers and the AZ team.....

    Clearly, the Baltimore Orioles.

I knew they had the hitting, but could their pitching make a difference. So far so good. Bedard and Cabera has done a very good job. Can they keep it up late in the year? That's a million dollar question.

Boston will eventually be fine and I still pick them to win the AL East.

Yankees has had a rough go of it so far and I or anyone for that matter did not see that coming.

White Sox has always had the talent so I am not suprised. Dodgers pitching is solid. Braves are a very good team so I knew they would do well. Cardinals are the Cardinals. Angels are the best team in the West when the season started so the Orioles has to be the obvious answer.

It has to be the O's simply b/c they play in the same division as the Yanks and Sox.
