I'm assuming this is first come, first served, since the first wave of scrap signings has passed. And I don't want to submit signings via PM for my first sim, only to find out after you simmed that they are already taken.

Due to the lack of depth left in FA, you will only be able to sign 1 player during the round of scraps. FA will be first come first served after the first sim.

I need a competent backup 1b and middle infielder to start the season. I'm not hoarding FA players for organizational depth. If somebody wants Cruys or Levesque as their lone scrap signing, then I can go back to the waiting list. But that hasn't happened.
