2024 Sim # 5 (changes due Wednesday 2/15 3PM eastern)

The site is uploaded. Changes for the 5th sim will be due no later than 3PM on Wednesday the 15th. The 6th sim will be on Sunday the 19th.

The 5th sim will be 18 games. The 6th sim will be 15 and will bring us to the trade deadline. The 7th sim will be 21 games with the rest of the sim being 18 games.
