2024 Opening Day Sim (Changes due by Tuesday 1/31 3PM eastern)

The first sim will occur on Tuesday 1/31 around 4PM or so depending on how many changes I get at the last minute. Changes are due by 3PM. Any teams that do not send opening day changes run the risk of CPU changes. I will not have teams that don't have a full roster, lineups, and pitching staff.

This sim, and every sim, will be for 18 games. This means we will have 9 sims for the season and the trade deadline will most likely happen before July 31st despite the fact that it will be the 31st in the game. I don't want to have an extra sim so whichever sim brings us the closest to the 31st will be our trade deadline. 18 games time 9 sim = 162 games.

What's your goal for rate of the sims? I don't know about everybody else, but I'd love it to be predictable, like mondays and thursdays or something like that.

I posted a while ago that it might be 2 of the following: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday.

I'm not sure exactly. There will be 2 sims a week either way. I guess it depends on the week. Friday nights may work better than some Saturdays. We'll see.

Is there interleague play? Just curious, don't want to waste your time with non-DH lineups if it's unnecessary.

There is no interleague play.

NL = no DH
AL = DH
