2024 off-season outlook

[Providence A's]

There are a few items that need to be completed before we start simming games. I just wanted to let everyone know where we are.

1. Fill the 2 remaining teams if possible.
2. Complete the draft as it is conducted during the off-season.
3. Complete FA (most likely 3 rounds and then scraps).
4. Run spring training (no manual changes allowed; coaches' suggestions or nothing)
5. Opening day sim.

Please be patient. In the mean time, continue sending trades and you may send in releases/demotions/promotions/position changes. Please send them in according to the transaction and the level as it will make life easier for me. Example:
