FA Round #4: now until WED, Jul 29th @ 3:00 PM edt

Site is uploaded. The final round will probably run until Friday and we'll aim to start the season sometime early next week (I'll jam spring training and scrap signings in there too...).

I know this offseason has been extremely drawn-out, but I was hoping we would be able to fill the spots which is why I've sort of been stalling. Giving up that hope at this point, and we can just jump into the season and hopefully spots will fill as we go along...

Thanks guys. KOZ will post an updated comp list or edit it into this post. This is the final comp round, with the last FA sim (10 days) being comp-free.

FYI--

My retarded ass just learned how to empty my outbox tonight. I realize it was probably full all day and prevented people from sending offers in, but I didn't get a chance to log in at all until just now today...

As a result, if you guys don't mind I'm going to push this back to July 29 on Wednesday around 2 or 3 in the afternoon.
